Frequently Asked Questions

As always, the 2024 Neha Doodles calendar will be available for pre-order. 
The pre-order starts on the 1st of November 2023 at 9:00 PM.

I have ordered the calendar, when will it ship? 

The orders for the calendar will be shipped end of November. Once shipped you shall receive an email / SMS from Shiprocket (our logistics partner). You will be able to track your package hereon.

Once shipped from our end the package ideally takes 2-3 days to reach metro cities and 5-7 days to other cities.

Do I get a freebie?

If you are among the first 100 people to place an order for the calendar then YES!  
 

Can I choose what freebie I get?

No. Zindagi me sab kuch nahi milta Laxman -_-
 

I received a damaged product.  What can I do?

We try our best to send the product in the safest packaging possible. But we do not have control over how the product is handled once it leaves us. If you have received a damaged product please write to us at : neha.doodles@gmail.com with images of the damaged product within two days of receiving the product. We will have the product replaced or refund the money, whichever is possible. 

Please note: We will not be able to provide a replacement / refund if we haven't been informed within two days of product delivery.

I gave the wrong details and need to make changes to my address. What do I do? 

We request you to be EXTREMELY careful while providing us your details but in case you made an error please write to us at : neha.doodles@gmail.com and we will *try* to get it sorted.

Please note: In case the product has been shipped from our end, details CANNOT be changed. And the extra charges incurred, of a product being returned to us and being reshipped, will be borne by the customer.

Can I cancel my order?

Aaaaa. We hope it doesn't come to that! But in case you need to cancel your order before it is shipped please write to us at: neha.doodles@gmail.com 

Please note: A cancellation fee of Rs. 100 will be charged. The balance amount will be refunded and will reflect in your account within 7-10 business days from the refund processed date!

In case the product has been shipped the order CANNOT be cancelled. 

My tracking link shows 'delivered' but I have not received the package. 

Please drop at mail at neha.doodles@gmail.com within 24 hours of the delivery mentioned in the tracking link. We shall check with our logistic partner and get back to you. 

Please note: We would NOT be able to investigate with the courier service if this is informed to us after 24 hours.

Is Minty the best doggo / person in the world?
